Breeze Money Back Guarantee Terms and Conditions

(“Terms and Conditions”)

1. This Breeze Money Back Guarantee (“Money Back Guarantee”) is open to all residents in Singapore who are 18 years or above. Employees, or their immediate family members, of Unilever Singapore Pte Ltd (“Unilever”), a related entity of Unilever, or a third party associated with administering the Offer are not eligible to participate in the Money Back Guarantee. Unilever reserves the right, at any time, to amend the terms and conditions of the Money Back Guarantee without providing any notice. By participating in this Money Back Guarantee, claimants agree to adhere to these Terms and Conditions. Unilever has the sole discretion to refuse any claims. All decisions made by Unilever are final and no correspondence shall be entertained.

2. To qualify for this Money Back Guarantee, claimants must purchase a genuine Breeze product from the following Breeze range at authorised outlets in Singapore between 1 November 2017 to 28 February 2018 (“Money Back Guarantee Period”):

    a. Breeze Power Clean Liquid detergent: 4kg, 2.6kg, 1.8kg;

    b. Breeze Power Clean Powder detergent: 4kg, 2.5kg, 400g;

    c. Breeze Colour Care Liquid detergent: 4kg, 2.6kg, 1.8kg;

    d. Breeze Colour Care Powder detergent: 4kg, 2.5kg, 400g;

    e. Breeze Fragrance of Comfort Liquid detergent: 3.8kg, 2.5kg, 1.5kg;

    f. Breeze Fragrance of Comfort Powder detergent: 3.6kg, 2.3kg;

    g. Breeze Goodbye Musty Liquid detergent: 4kg, 2.6kg, 1.8kg;

    h. Breeze Goodbye Musty Powder detergent: 4kg, 2.5kg

    (each a “Breeze Product”).
 

3. If you are not satisfied with the Breeze Product, Unilever will refund you, in cash, for the purchase price as stated on the receipt of the Breeze Product. All refunds shall be made strictly within the Claim duration:

1 November 2017 – 31 March 2018 (“Claims Period”).
To be eligible for a refund, claimants must also fulfill the following requirements:

 

    a. The Breeze Product returned must contain at least 50% of its original content. Claimants who have tampered with the Breeze Product will immediately be disqualified.

    b. Each Breeze Product returned must be accompanied by an original receipt showing proof of purchase within the Money Back Guarantee Period.

    c. The refund must be claimed within thirty (30) days of the date of purchase of the Breeze Product.

    d. Each claimant is only allowed to make one (1) claim during the Claims Period, and a maximum of two refunds based on the same receipt.

4. Claimants must make their way (at own expense) to the designated refund centre, c/o Intuition Production Pte Ltd at 1002 Jalan Bukit Merah #05-13 for their refund (“Refund Centre”). Claimants will need to fill up a claim form indicating their:

    a. Name

    b. NRIC number

    c. Contact number

    d. Email address

    e. Address

    f. Product purchased

    g. Date of purchase, receipt number and purchase price of product

    h. Reason for refund

    i. Brand of detergent used currently
 

5. Claimants shall receive their refunds in cash and are advised to ensure that they receive the exact change. Once claimants have left the Refund Centre, any monetary discrepancies shall not be entertained.

6. Any refund request received outside the Claims Period shall not be entertained.

7. All items returned shall become the property of Unilever

8. All personal data submitted for the purposes of the Money Back Guarantee may be processed by Unilever and shared with Unilever’s affiliates and agencies, and otherwise used for the purposes of and within the context of administering this Money Back Guarantee, and for any other purposes which Claimants have consented, and such personal data collected will be subject to Unilever's Privacy Policy which is available at www.unileverprivacypolicy.com, as may be amended from time to time.

9. Unilever, all its business partners and other parties involved in this Money Back Guarantee, including their directors, officers and agents are not liable in any way for the following:

    i. Any expenses incurred by the claimants for taking part in the campaign, including and not limited to, telephone bills, transport costs, etc;

    j. Any electronic or human errors in the administration of this Money Back Guarantee;

    k. Any injuries sustained in the course of taking part in this Money Back Guarantee.
